Following clusters were identified for cooperation among the countries. At least two countries will take responsibility for writing a two page document defining the cluster, proposing an action plan and identifying deliverables. This should be ready for next meeting of League countries in Stockholm on 20th of November in connection with the EMINENT meeting.
Iceland will take reponsibility for maintaining a website for the League activities and other countries will contribute tools to the website, such as for interactive discussion.
